Setting custom x11 property on windows to disable dimming (anti-dim) on active window with mod+Mod1+a for anti-dim model and mod+Mod1+d for dim mode.

Moving from inactive-opacity to inactive-dim.  Mark sticky windows with always focused (never dims).

Refactored order.  Replaced script based approach for dropdown terminal and keeweb with much simpler and more elegant approach.

Added mod+... keys to control amixer and xbacklight (note that am using sudo here as are using acpilight (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/acpilight/) as dropin replacement.

Also reverted compton screen-tearing fix since doesn't seem a problem for my new machine (Razer Blade 15, GTX 1060).

Added CopyQ window effects (now shows as floating border 1, and 80% transparency).  GParted not now float (that always annoyed me).

Changes to compton.conf to fix screen tearing.  Colour changes to dunst to match my theme (numix).  i3exit now uses dmtool lock instead of blurlock).

Restructure to be repo for various config files.  Added config files for compton, dmenurc, dunst, i3exit, i3status, and rofi (theme) - mostly origs (for init).
